To create and maintain an active account at luck888, the User must cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:
Each User may hold only a single account at luck888, linked to your CPF. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, phone number, or banking details used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with the same CPF, forfeiture of bonus balance, and a review of the real-money balance as set out in Section 11.
The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration — including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. False or incomplete data may result in immediate account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until the issue is resolved. luck888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

The luck888 is required by law to verify the identity of all users who make withdrawals, in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation. The KYC process is simple, completed only once, and takes less than 5 minutes on average.
Document review is completed within 24 business hours of submission. If the documents are legible and match the registered details, verification is approved and the User is authorized for automatic Pix withdrawals. Luck888 may request additional documentation at any time, particularly for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 or in situations that suggest a risk of fraud or money laundering. Failure to submit the required documentation within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

All deposits must be made exclusively by the account holder, using a bank account or card registered under the same CPF on file with luck888. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — may be held for review and refunded to the sender. luck888 is not responsible for deposits sent in error to incorrect Pix keys.
Luck888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that: (a) originate from a bank account with a CPF different from the one on file; (b) show signs of fraud or money laundering; (c) violate this platform's usage policies. In the event of a refusal, the full amount will be returned to the sender within up to 5 business days.
Withdrawals at luck888 are processed to the following destinations, always under the account holder's CPF:
To request a withdrawal, the User must: (a) have successfully completed the KYC process; (b) have sufficient real-money balance to cover the requested amount; (c) have no withdrawals pending a security review. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the rollover requirement for the corresponding promotion has been met.
Withdrawals of large amounts or to previously unused Pix keys may undergo an additional automatic review of up to 15 minutes. Withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00 may be subject to manual review with an extended processing time of up to 24 business hours. Platinum and Diamond VIP Program members have priority processing queue.
💡 Important rule: The CPF linked to the destination bank account must be the same CPF registered with luck888. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances, regardless of family relationship or power of attorney.
All bonuses offered by luck888 — including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and any other promotions — are subject to the specific conditions described on each offer's page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific conditions of a promotion, the specific conditions of that promotion take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following standard terms apply to all luck888 bonuses:
Luck888 actively monitors betting patterns that suggest bonus abuse in violation of the rules — such as betting on both sides of the same event (arbing), using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, or exploiting technical odds errors. This type of behavior will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
The luck888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, as well as to refuse or cancel any User's participation in a specific promotion, provided there is reasonable grounds to do so. Promotions cancelled due to technical errors do not give rise to any right to compensation.
Sports Betting at luck888 are entertainment activities. By confirming a bet, the User acknowledges that the outcomes of sporting events are uncertain and that there is a real possibility of losing the amount wagered. No bet guarantees any financial return.
A bet becomes final and irrevocable at the moment the User confirms the transaction on the platform. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed — except in cases expressly provided for in these Terms or in the sport-specific rules. In cases of clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error — values significantly above market rate that a reasonable person would recognize as a mistake — luck888 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the User's balance. This measure applies exclusively to cases of manifest error, not to normal market fluctuations.
For bets on sporting events that are postponed, cancelled, or suspended before completion:
The luck888 covers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, state championships, and major international leagues), volleyball (Superliga, Nations League, beach volleyball), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and other sports as available. The platform may add or remove sports without prior notice.
The casino games available on the luck888 — including slots, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Mines), and bingo — use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies, or, in the case of live games, human dealers streamed in real time. Results are mathematically independent of each other and of previous bets.
All games carry a statistical house edge that varies by game and is disclosed on each title's information page. Users understand that, in the long run, the house holds a mathematical advantage over players. This does not prevent individual players from making a profit in specific sessions.
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a connection drop, server error, or unexpected game behavior — luck888 will attempt to restore the game to the state immediately before the failure. The VIP Program at luck888 has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with increasing benefits based on the User's betting volume. Tier progression is automatic and based on total bets placed over the last 30 calendar days.
The weekly cashback is calculated based on the User's net losses from the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday. The percentage ranges from 5% (Bronze) to 25% (Diamond). Cashback at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels carries a 1x rollover before it can be withdrawn. Diamond cashback has no rollover and goes directly to the withdrawable balance.
Luck888 reserves the right to reclassify a User's VIP level if their betting volume falls below the minimum threshold for their current level for two consecutive months. In that case, the User is moved down to the next lower level, retaining any benefits already accrued for the current month.
Luck888 may close or modify the VIP Program with a minimum 30-day notice. Cashbacks already calculated and credited will not be affected by any program changes made after the credit date.
The User agrees not to use the platform luck888 for the following purposes, under penalty of immediate account closure and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:
⚠ Consequences: Violations of the rules in this section will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of bonus balance, and — in cases involving criminal activity — formal reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities, including the Federal Police, COAF, and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The User may request account closure at any time via the support chat at luck888 or by email. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key within up to 5 business days after identity confirmation. Bonus balance that has not been fulfilled (without complete rollover) will not be refunded.
Luck888 may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following cases: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent behavior or well-founded suspicion of fraud; (c) request by a judicial or regulatory authority; (d) identification of a minor; (e) inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months. In cases of closure due to proven fraud, the total balance may be withheld and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons can activate self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard. The block takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period — ranging from 1 week to permanent self-exclusion. Any real balance available at the time of self-exclusion is preserved and can be withdrawn once the exclusion period ends.

Luck888's total liability to any individual User, for any cause or combination of causes, is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time the damage occurred. luck888 is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from betting outcomes or use of the platform.
The luck888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email and a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the platform and request account closure before the new terms take effect. The real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the rules in Section 11.1.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and Brazilian legislation regulating sports betting and online gaming.
Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from these Terms or from use of the platform luck888 will be subject to prior mediation before any legal action. Should mediation fail to reach an agreement, the courts of São Paulo — SP are elected as the sole competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
